2011: This is Richter's first full year with the Bismarck Governors. He will see playing time at third base and be part of the BGovs' starting pitching rotation.

Last summer: Played for the Bismarck Representatives Senior Babe Ruth baseball team.  The Reps won the North Dakota Senior Babe Ruth State Championship and participated in the Midwest Plains Regional Tournament in Wellington, KS.
