2006: This will be Wentz's first year with the Bismarck Governors. He is scheduled to start at shortstop and will be the Govs' closer.
2005: Played for the Bismarck Capitols 15 Year Old Babe Ruth Baseball team. Bismarck won the North Dakota 15 Year Old State Championship, the Midwest Plains Regional Championship, and competed at the 13-15 Year Old Babe Ruth World Series in Abbeville, LA.
Off The Field: Just completed sophomore year at Century High School.....participates in football, hockey, and baseball.....athletic honors include All-West Region selection - football, hockey, and baseball; All-State selection - baseball.....academic honors include 4.0 GPA.....son of Doug Wentz and Cathy Domres.
