Central Plains moving to Dome
The Central Plains American Legion
Tournament scheduled to be held at Legion Field in Marshall is
moving to the Metrodome in Minneapolis due to inclement whether,
according to tournament organizer Bob Gjorvad.
The first pitch is at 10 p.m. Sunday, Gjorvad said. The teams
will play five games, seven innings each, with a possible sixth
game. The games will end Monday at 12 p.m.
The first game will be the end of Saturday’s suspended game
between Iowa and North Dakota that ended in the eighth inning
due to rain |
