The regular
season for Class AA baseball will consist of a ten team ND State League. Results of
league games will determine seeding
for the post-season.
The #7 vs. #10 and #8 vs. #9 play-in games will be
on July 23 at the site of the higher seed. The State Class 'AA' Tournament scheduled for July
26-20 in West Fargo, ND.
In 2022, only the state champion will advance to an eight team Central Plains Regional Tournament scheduled for August 3-7 in Rapid City, SD.
Regular Season Tie-Breaker Criteria

First tie-breaker will be head to head competition between all teams involved in the tie.

The second tie-breaker will be runs allowed between all teams involved in the tie.

The third tie-breaker will be runs scored between all teams involved in the tie.

The fourth tie-breaker will be runs allowed in all league games.

The fifth tie-breaker will be runs scored in all league games.

If a tie still exists at this point, cut cards or flip a coin.

For all ties involving three or more teams, once the tie is broken and the highest-seeded team is determined, the remaining tied teams will revert back Tie-Break Criteria No. 1.
